An international research team has conducted the first detailed analysis of deaths during expeditions to the summit of Mt. Everest. They found that most deaths occur during descents from the summit in the so-called "death zone" above 8,000 meters.

Do you hate smiling for pictures?  If so, then you might want to do it while you can - according to a recent article, Indiana BMV Communications Director Dennis Rosebrough states that applicants for a new or renewed operator's license or state identification card will no longer be allowed to smile and say cheese.  Apparently new facial recognition software being employed by the state fails to function when the face is distorted by something as innocuous as smiling...

We launched the Jiu-Jitsu Rally website this week!  The website allows academies to sign up online, and also has a contact form with captcha verification (both with input error checking).  The sign-up form is automatically saved into the database, and can be approved or removed using it's custom-made Content Management System.  It also has a multi-user news page and academy-searching by state...
